Any further thoughts:
When we told him we would get him banned he said "HAH! only on this acc" Please try to get him banned more than only on that acc as he seems very likely to be doing the same again, and there is this other guy Logged., he came on ENT channel shortly after Energized left, seemed to know everything about what just happened, and keeps insulting me after i said i was gonna get Energized banned so i got a strong feeling that is atleast one of his other accs.
Then he started saying that he is on a net cafe, so if we ban that IP others will suffer from it, i highly doubt that is true, a jackass like him wouldn't care if others got banned because of him.
