Ihave a suggestion also. maybe 1 of my teamates is noob and we win cause of others why he gets like us point? its not fair. or my team all noobs and im raping hard why should iget -4 elo? its not fair seriously it should be by stats

Well elo are elo, what the system does is the next, they addition all your elo and make an average. Then it check the difference (in % I think) of both team. For exemple team A : 1500 ELO AVG and Team B : 1700 ELO AVG.

[spoiler=Not about the request itself]So if I'm not dumb, maybe the system doesn't work exactly like this, but there you go. The difference between both team is 12%~13%.

At start, if it didn't changed, both team win/loss 15 if they have same elo average. So now, you do like 15 * 12% = 1.8 let's say 2 elo because 13% = 1.95 ELO.

So now, the highest elo team win 13 and lose 17. Vice Versa for the lowest elo team : 17 win and 13elo if lost.[/spoiler]

This is not the formula but it can give you an idea of how it works. Maybe the percent is bigger or dunno... Still, we don't have a system that CHECK YOU PLAYING and give you personal stats, because, what is good? A support letting carry last hit and dieing a lot to save him?.. Buying only ward and having no stuff but win games? Or best is the carry with 25k gold farmed item, lot of kills, but lose in end for being a douche that doesn't play in team?

This is why you got to deal with the team elo WIN or LOST because the definition of 'good player' can't be defined properly has there's to much way to play a good game. Same has being noob, what is noob? Being new? Because you're new you win less? Not fair I guess. Keep in mind, more you will play against stacked team more elo you gonna win less you risk to lose and vice versa... Some time I was stacking once, lose, I lost so much that it egal to like 5-6 win... Dumb I know but it's life!
