@aRt)Y can you check if this guy is a dodger from the two sources I gave i think he is.

@Yondaime Seems more like a system failure. If you check IPs he used in all of the games on the alt, you'll notice that they're all the same.

His provider is unique for nwu - so in case he dodges, let me know (you gotta check for him yourself tho).
