yea my team stole the other teams kunai when it glitched out and he dropped it bc that happens sometimes on death it will drop on the enemies tower and teal stole it with bird and had it on the bird the whole game even when we asked him to give back bc i dont like when people break the rules makes the game unfair

It doesnt violate the rule from what I can see.
