Playing a game on competitive level requires players to stick to teams leader strategy. It means no less no more, but doing whatever Your teams leader is asking for. You were not cooperating fully with him - stagers, upg order, marketing.

On behalf of ent bots rules i should administer a short duration ban for these guys, but rules are not perfect, in a matter of fact it would be pretty impossible create such, due to this maps complexity.

Summarizing it, You got kicked but You did not fully cooperate, there fore i am denying this request, but i will keep an eye on these users and take some actions if they do it again.
