Rule player violated: game ruining - refusing to play.once enemy gained some advantage that damn guy just gave up and stoped to do almost anything and later even deacted stuff on clearly focused lane.

Any further thoughts: that guy clearly cant play at any decent level of competitive play, i hope he will get a long ban.

I see replay. team1: top noob no add docks, bot lost lane making bank, red cant win game after 15min. red try play other lanes and fail, purple is very strong (team2), classic fail game. team1: revd noob lost top all time game, red noob lost income

imho that guy (Revd) takes some demerit points.
he played 9 t2 docks and marketing while dr.fard was pushing mid
ur bot got markets and bank and self (3rd!) balista without staggers vs ponies before t4 stack ^^

learn the game. it doesnt works vs one of the best mid-player
