Any further thoughts: i kill a rc he built at euro because it was feed and he wasn't moving his hunter and i was going to base there
he proceeds to tk my rc and my towers and refuses to stop and tries to votekick me. griefing.

@justletmeplay we still need a replay. Just giving us the stats link does nothing, you need to actually attach the replay file which might be in your Replay folder.

Is that the ruling over basing at euro ?

I thought you had to leave pre existing structures except for ones directly in tower/wall areas since they still had a claim to that area but your claim to base allows you to tower and etc .

Basically you can base anywhere somebody else has lumber base/non-base as long as you don't destroy structures that didn't reasonably block you from throwing down walls and towers.

I generally wait until the titan destroys their shit before basing.
You can't go ahead and destroy other peoples stuff and base there, if there are any left over walls with no other structures (because a titan already broke the lumber base)then you can replace them. It'll also be okay to destroy their stuff if they already have a base and aren't using the stuff as a proxy lumber (also if they aren't researching anything in the structure you are about to destroy and they already have one in their base).

In any case, I can either ban you both or deny this.
So I'll take the route with less work and deny it.

...you couldn't have banned them both because A) you don't have the replay and B) you can't ban the op for anything less than mh
