[xren(west) 3052525(east); MH and possible ip dodge + mh

Rule player violated:xren-mh and 3052525 - mh and possible ip dodge (he is already banned by agreements)
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): 0:44 seconds in, fog click and another at 1:04 should be enough seeing as the game barely started and noone had vision.
Any further thoughts: 3052525 is already banned for mh and before game started it stated that he had the same ip as xren. These guys should both be banned ez case. I also state in the beginning of the game " 3052525 aren't u banned by agreements" but no reply from him. ty for your time.
