Im not going to ban an entire team when members of your team didn't even vote. You handled the situation completely wrong. First off you need to explain to the enemy team what is happening, then start a votekick. If they won't vote then, than explain to them that they will be banned if they don't vote and that its clear he's intentionally feeding / trolling or whatever offense the person is committing. If a third kick happens and other team doesn't vote then I will always ban them if the first two are done accordingly.

Usually it takes 2 kicks after an initial kick is explained for me to ban for not kicking. There are circumstances where I will ban after only two kicks, but it would have to be blatant and also it would usually have to involve only 1 or 2 players not voting. Clearly pink was trolling by his item choice, but it wasn't explained well to the other team. Unless they happened to look at his items, his gameplay could have easily been interpreted as just really noob. @figtrees

However, gideon@euro banned 2 weeks for game ruin / trolling / int feeding. Don't need trash like that on this server. I refuse to believe anyone who aims to build 3 phase boots is anything less than a troll game ruiner, idc if they got the game yesterday. If you know enough to build phase boots u must have some idea that its a bad idea to make 3 of them
