Rule player violated: Axe and bara fed constantly, tried to votekick twice but no response from scourge team, couple voted here and there but it did not passed second time either.
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): 10:37, and 15:44.
Any further thoughts: Please ban the obvious feeders for game ruining, specially axe who bought euls and solod all game, and Bara with Agi treads charging way after the whole team died, and so he can die instantly and say "we have no teamwork." Also the people(Scourge team) who decided not to kick them as they were getting fed easily which basically lead to an easy win for them. Ban axe(month) and Bara 10 day, and the rest usual rules for the ones who didn't kick. That's all, thanks.

You have a strong reasonable case. But the two players axe and bara are new to DotA. Axe's KDR is 4/46/15 and bara's KDR at 23/95/57, so what did you expect from this player? Your team should have helped and guided your teamates instead of trash talking and negating them like you did firstoff. The only thing violating the rules perhaps may be from players not votekicking, but even with that, the majority didnt vote to kick.

First of all, KDR doesn't mean anything in DotA, it's the teamwork that matters. If you watched replay you would understand that both of them kept soloing 1v5 most of the time. Second, how are you saying they are new players? An axe who makes euls definitely doesn't seem new player to me as euls is one of the complex item to build and if I remember correctly new players aren't even good enough to make treads.. If you check their stats based on their accounts you can clearly tell they have ruined several other games in the past, yet surprisingly no one reported.



To the mod that reviews this, I would like to add slark's(DG) pounce around 24:37 seems suspicious of mh as brown even mentions it as "now they know u mh." It seems like brown mhs as well, I would check on him too. Thanks once again.

denied on both accounts of int feeding. axe is just a horrible terrible player and bara had a bad game and isnt great either.

however, i am highly highly suspicious on slark (zanotti) mhing in this game. Especially the leap at 24:30 as op noted, and the way he hunts sniper just before this from 23:45 to 24:30.

his actions throughout are suspicious as well, such as the way he cuts off bara and chases through sideshop at ~22 mins. i also found this fogclick on sk to be a bit weird.
