Any further thoughts: no reason to draw after 20min of game just because you got a bad player & you 're about to lose. Umbrella corp was clearly friend with the other team that's why he kept giving them a draw vote & kept encouraging them to. I can't find a special rule for that but obviously if there are none, people like them will abuse it to only get "wins".

Draw is a vote. If required number of votes is met or players vote, game will be drawn.
