Rule player violated: refusing to votekick a player clearly and obviously breaking a rule
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): no real time, just constantly denying votekick, so we couldnt even ff the lost game and got caught in this.
Any further thoughts: he also was using verbal abuse in my opinion. i mistaked the words appeal and request, so chat may looks strange...sry

it would be easier if you can tell what rule the former violater broke.. If you consider not ffing when its lost a sort of breaking rules.. then its difficult. vietdookie wasn't obligated to kick such a player. And besides, it should be more or less obvious that a rule has been broken in order to ban someone who refuses to !yes a votekick.

Its actually new to me that you can kick such a player. Id rather say if vietdookie@uswest kicked, it could have resulted in a ban of you guys for abusing the votekick.

@-lothlorien If that player IS 0 value, I will review the replay, it is kickable and sololaner should be banned as well as any who said !no or did not votekick.

It would not be abusing the votekick function as that individual was game ruining.

I will review it shortly.
