[ID] Chipawa12 and Xaviop ruining island defense

Rule player violated: Chipawa Teamkilled my whole base for denying his feed he was leaving behind. Xaviop refused to votekick.
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): near around 5 minutes near the end
Any further thoughts: Chipawa12 teleported to my base and destroyed virtually all my towers for denying his sheep tag-esk walling and explaining to him why. Xaviop refused to votekick. I strongly feel they were working together or trolling because chipawa12 refused to respond to me when i asked him to kill his walls, finally yelling DONT TOUCH MY WALLS when i arrived to kill them. maybe he knew what feed was i dont know.
