i was cross with my line...he leaved and i just got my wisps and no gold for build up. so they votekicked me....and i got kicked...i Think its against rules and bann them...i will come up for more info about the game

gayobama should get a 5 day ban in my opinion, base off the chat he does not think that abusing votekick is bannable

gayobama tried to missinforme the enemys about the reason why they startet votekick (in my oppinion).

Only for the record. I played 3 games with gayobama in the past (if i remember right). And there is always trouble with this guy. Always flaming and abusing. And as far as i know this is not the first banrequest about gayobama.

Being 7/0, 0 value. Level 2 with 40 gold. You'll would of leaked everywave in full. There was no coming back for you that game.

Since there is another Mod who allrdy answered to this i wont make the judgement call but i will give my oppinion..

7-0. 0 value. 40 gold. No matter what he had, he hasnt done anything wrong and can therefor not be kicked IMO. He could also end up as merc. yes he would be far behind in wisp/lumber and so on. but not a fair kick i think Good luck with ur request

I agree with beep that there was no way he can come back. He'll never get the 500 gold for mercenary before the game ends... it wasn't an abuse in my opinion. On the contrary I think he'd be intentionally ruining game at this point if he refuses to leave.

I will add that mercenary is not available in LTD Beta. Still would like the OP to reply to my questions before deciding the outcome.

My bad for not paying attention to the "Beta"

3 day's without a response, moving to processed & denying the request on the base that, from what i could see there was no comeback mechanism for you to come back. By you staying any further you would only ruin the game for your teammates. I suggest in the future if this to occur you should leave to avoid altercations like this one.
