if you really didnt want to be farmed you can sit by fountain till game ends or there is the ff command and as for hisoka the rules say not to excessive fount-farm as agreements has said 3 mins is hardly excessive

Yes Definitely, From nearly 25 to past 26 they Fountain Farm. That's clearily against our policies. Regarding the Hacks if they might have used one is up to the Admins/Mods to Close this behaviour.
