Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): at 1 minute, somehow he seem to know that bounty hunter was jungling on sentinel side, he comes and attacks and kills him. at 3 minutes he does the same thing to player I3omb, slardar, in the fog in scrouge jungle, once the 5 minute mark hit again he comes back and tries to kill slardar with the same method but died for it
Any further thoughts: it just seem that he knew where the enemy were without any wards in the fog

This is an obvious one, since he has no sights or wards when he waves slardar, there is no possible way that pugna had any sight of slardar, caught, just need another admin’s confirmation though.
