Any further thoughts: He was banned for 1 month under "Grupsi", and yet he dodged the ban. I would suggest a range ban on him. I know the player, it's not the first time he dodged a ban.

@child did on BID 11 & 90 already. perhaps you need to check the banlist again for possible other ranges which he might use again.
