Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): 21:26 minutes into the game for evilnoobslayer, and for the_man was little bit earlier. Sold all items at 28:26 minutes of the game.
Any further thoughts: I am not sure if he is really from the west, because when I checked his flag was from Czech.
