Any further thoughts: Furi stops to play seriously, when we teamsell agha from leaver. He destroyed my magic wand at roshan, bought gem and did put it into leaver inventory(so I couldnt get new one cuz of cd) and stays in woods or at fountain more than half of the game. He didnt participate in any late game fights, never joined team, etc. He is not a newb. He did all of this intentionally. Told in all chat what he is doing and also tried to votekick 3-4 times, but ppl just refused to kick.

tbh besides that click he tried to feed a rapier, did indeed kill the magic wand, and pretty much avoided team whole match (more aggressively after the 'agha' incident).

If you insist I maphack, kindly provide clear evidence and/or screenshot because I am definitely clean and I do not fogclick. And there is definitely such thing known as delayed fogclick if you have played dota long enough. One timestamp is definitely inadequate.

I would at best admit, if you say I am angry with aska for the reason of team-selling aghanim. If you read the chat, I asked to get aghanim scepter for my furion from doom bringer. However, it was ignored. If you want to be fair and impartial in this judgement, I would strongly argue that this was purely team dynamics. Aska (slark) started the blame game and when he died at the bottom lane to techies' mines and I did not go because I knew there were mines based on prior knowledge that techies was in the lane.

If you insist on banning me for ruining the game, I strongly deem it not so valid because I was helping to push lanes with my ulti, even though I was considerably angry at slark for ruining my game play for team selling the aghanim despite me asking to take it for my hero since I could use it.

And i did not even try to feed a rapier. If you see the game, it was past 60 min and either side wanted a clean break and end to the game. To be honest, I was merely trying to end the stalemate.

The only point, if you insist in making, was I bought the gem and placed in doom bringer and locked him; this was done to spite slark. Nothing else much, in my humble and honest opinion.

That, i believe you should listen to all sides of the argument before banning, instead of merely listening to slark who triggered the blame game from some point (first 10 minutes of the game).

Above is just an example of aska being very rude and tyrannical.

Also, aska is flaming when he says the below. I (Ks.U.Lose) did not even get another rapier. If you look carefully at the replay, the rapier was left there after I died. Slark moved away when i was attacking bounty hunter. I tried to sprout myself out but both bounty hunter and I were sprouted so I died. I returned to pick the rapier minutes later.

Yet, this is what slark (aska) said:

Finally, with regards to the destroying of the magic wand, slark was going to get aegis and everyone has no available slots. Of course, the logical action would be to either leave it there and risk enemies destroying it or destroy it which is worth 254 gold? If you deem this destroying of item as ruining, so can I complain that treads which were stolen in the mid lane by the opposing Sentinel team as game ruining and ask for the player to be banned?

One simple answer: Team Dynamics.

Please be rational in administering your bans, moderators.

Child, as an admin, maybe you should be logical and speak on evidence before commenting. When you did not check the replay and you were not in the game and do not even have a clear impression of what happened in the game.

That said, I know you are a good admin; however, please exercise some rationality and logical thinking before expressing personal comments without clear evidence.

To all admins, if you will be impartial enough to watch the replay, at the various timestamps which you mentioned that I "maphacked" with furion, you might want to look more clearly at the replay.

At the various timestamps mentioned (49:44 up to 49:55)
1. I had a carrion beetle courier in their base from early game which gives me vision to their fountain. This which sentinel players in the game have no vision unless they maphack or cut trees or use bird to scout and see if it is there. This has happened several times across dota games.
2. I was neutralling in our jungle with my midas and ulti.
3. I was in base thinking and watching slark kill puck near mid tower ledge between mid and bottom tower. Unless you want to say that slark maphacks due to that "fogclick", I choose to not comment because it is out of my jurisdiction. However, as admins, you may choose to review that matter.
