[DOTA] flamp9158 and cpe19 MHing

Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): flamp clicks on an invis ward right before the 20 minute game mark. cpe starts fogclicking at the end of the game, 40 minute game mark. these might be fogclicks I cant tell. He does click on blue before he comes out of fog, not after the goes into fog (my reasoning this is mh)
Any further thoughts: Please range IP ban clamp9158 because this is a new account, and he looks like he knows how to get away with using a mh so im sure its not the first time.
