They purposely stalled the lobby. We were 9, they were two preteamers, and they just kept joining/leaving the lobby to cancel the start until someone would get bored and leave.

Considering the fact that risk devo is a game which hosts 200-300 games a week(not so much: 1/10 games compared to dota apem or ltd), stalling game by leaving at countdown multiple times can be quite annoying.
