Time of violation (specify whether you are using in-game or replay time): Regarding each incident simultaneously, dark green (t.dragon) sniper cries after the fact that we both (mostly I) kill roshan, and took aegis. At 24:52 he says he won't help anymore since he didn't get it.
26:19, put replay on 1/2 speed, having orange selected, and continually turn off and on fog of war and watch as he attempts to attack me while invisible but unable to since he has no vision so he instead humps me and moves around extremely suspiciously.
A few seconds later I attack one and invis again, but watch at 26:24 where he purposely moves his character right ontop of me again!
29:40 our entire team is fighting at enemy base minus lb whos on his way, dark green continues to farm neutrals in top forest and doesn't help at all.
30:49 dark green again says in chat "play alone" and doesn't help defend as both towers and rax dies. 3 Of our teammates goes in to attempt to defend at dark green runs in a circle by throne never once engaging and hides again until all enemy heroes have left.
34:11 orange once again runs right at me while invisible unable to do anything else and stays there where I was. Purple randomly pings me while invis?? 0 vision. Check him for fog clicks also incase.
38:20 team is defending top rax and dark green doesn't so much as engage creeps at least to help. End of game he says "next time don't fuck" and yells NOOB as it ends.
Any further thoughts: Full year maphack ban on SVCCCS, all incidents are clearly evident I'm sure there need not much more if you play with fog of war non-stop while having orange selected and you'll see. Please give dark green the maximum time ban for what he did, that attitude and game ruin should not be allowed to be taken lightly.

@chaos_sniper: I am not going to ban t.dragon because otherwise I'd need to ban you too. He was killing roshan and you just came by, started attacking roshan too and before roshan died, you had given dark green one of your items. So now YOU had an empty spot and he didn't. Then you generously said "you can keep it"....while he couldn't even use it ("this item is not yours....item muted"...something along those lines the item was saying). I hope it is also pretty obvious for you that what you did was pretty much item stealing. You can talk with him and say, "hey can I have it? it is better on me.", but blatantly filling up his inventory in order to just steal it will be punished the next time I see that.
