Rule player violated: same ip boosting shintendo. whatthej was talking like he was good and ask mid solo. his first death skeltong king (shintendo) stun him and he just keep standing there for couple extra hits to let him die. the second death he runs into tower wanting to die. before he died earlier he let creep lower his hp. shintendo had very good stats before game started. 27/2 kill death. whatthej couldn't be that bad. he try to be slick with it so he can boost. they having same ip adress made it obvious.
Time of violation (specify whether you are using in-game or replay time): pretty much begining of game when he die. maybe till like 4 mins in.
Any further thoughts: is this enough proof?
