Most people don't read lobby chat and wait for the game to start to untab. I know it because that's what I do. Imo when someone wants to put ar, he should pause the game when it starts and start a vote when everyone's focused on the game.

Therefore, madcow should be banned. 3votes / 10 builders is really pointless.

So will he be banned because this caused a lot of players to become mad as they like to pick a certain race.
