Any further thoughts: player brown and DG Map hack they warded river just to pretend they are MH around min 6 - 8 warded should of died but DG still knows all the rune at every time i even counter it at bot river. Second around 42 - 44 min i went for brown at top and he runs away like he know i was near when im SA and even better he dagger away when i was chasing and about to blink to him in replay he never did that except that time out of nowhere. also I votekick twice and Scourge player just refuse to kick MH so bannable too.

LoL noobs MH no balls to admit the whole team mia for a lot of time but thats the only time u would actaully run and after i chase u dagger away didnt see that happening in the replay beside that time

Runes aren't a good proof. There's always a 50% chance to get them.

At Min 43 (GT) Riki is approaching Ogre at top lane. Ogre is backing after creeps are killed. He uses Dagger to back.
-> The whole enemy team were missed. I don't think that this incident proves anything.

Your evidence is pretty weak. Either you find more or I'm sure that this will get denied.

Backing like that when all mia is not indication of mh + even if its suspicious that one incident alone is not enough.

You can never be certain someone mhs until a replay is reviewed for fog clicks and series of suspicious movements. Your case has neither.

Suspecting someone for mh is fine. But, telling others to vk without clear evidence is not ok.
