1st) Put the tag [CF], ppl might ask my attention to handle this kind of ban request.
2nd) If the gamemode there's no gld/glw also, it can change with pause/resume, plus if the game draw it won't go straight to round 2, so please Round 2 is not the Time of Violation, we need the exactly time. Example 00:32:27 he didn't use rs; 00:34:54 He did start spamming weak units to feed the eny; etc..
