Time of violation (specify whether you are using in-game or replay time): between the 12-15 minute mark there are about 4-5 different instances. He runs from invis hero's. he blinks into fog and calls low level hero's (he's axe). He actually calls invis hero's 3 different times in this game. At the 25-27 minute mark he says he really doesn't care about ban. With this kind of name he's probably ban dodging as well.

Also, after watching the replay, zues makes some questionable fog clicks, not sure if these are delayed but they don't look like it.

Any further thoughts: Please perma ban this guy.

The Call with invis blinks? As you see, there was a mirana in this game. I got a Haste Rune, ganked woods, found Trax (Dyse1ot), then mirana ultied, then trax blocked me while she was invis. So.. why Iam not supposed to Call and kill him?

I don't care about a ban, cause I just don't give a fuck as you do. You lost this game, and I gonna hunt you down the next few weeks.. Watch out. Noob.

No delay, no vision whatsoever. Unit just spawned in base, when they killed the first tower or where at that area at least. So about 10 seconds before that talon came into sight. He probably got unlucky clicking an area where nothing was but the talon just spawned on.
