Players like such should be banned from ENT servers for degrading the quality of game play. It makes the ENT experience less enjoyable and effects the game play of the team, the violator did take a mid solo role early in the game. This was a conscious decision made by the violator to sit out during the game. Violator even states "my chinese food just got here" and "exits" the game after the fact.
