"Fountain farming is allowed, but if the opponent starts to fountain farm excessively and there is little to no chance of comeback, members of the losing team should !ff. Not agreeing to !ff when all other team members have clearly given up can be ban-able."

They re not the bannable players ... the guy(s) who didn't typed !ff is (are)
