Any further thoughts: As you can see the video replay 1st few mins he knew where to get runes w/o wards never mistaken (not even 1 missed ) then randomly used his ult (golem) with no vision, and no observer wards while Im farming at neutral creeps next to our base (video time :15mins ) then i thought he put wards then I decided to buy sentry ward and checked but nothing -_-! , then it happened again couple times not only me but my other team too , he knew were to follow riki .... pls ban this dude and WATCH the replay.

5:00(replay time) Jindoke(Warlock) saw medusa going to top river. Then Medusa came back again to mid lane, Warlock noticed that he didn't get any ups, so it he expected that the up is at the bottom river.
6:55(replaytime) got haste up at the top river (nah, could be luck, it's not bad to get up at top river w/o sight )

15:11(replaytime) Jindoke finally drop his rain of chaos to the enemy that was out of sight. Even though you got the status of the Heartstopper aura, and knows that Necrolyte is near, there's no way to deliberately drop rain of chaos to the enemy in blindspot. ( Too accurate! :O )
19:26 signals exact location of Necrolyte.

27:12~27:19(replaytime) Jindoke(Warlock) pings Medusa's exact location and followed Medusa's pathing,but he stopped following because he knows that Medusa is moving back.( :O flagrant)
