Game Name: [ENT] Battleships Pro 5v5 #50
Your Warcraft III Username: cyber_silver
Violator's Warcraft III Username: seablue, olibahototoy, voodo.teal
Violated Rule(s): Seablue - Intentional game ruining by feeding on afk at base spawn. 44 kills from voodo.teal during the entire game, All during his afk at spawn point. Initially refused to votekick, while later typing !yes during the votekicks that failed. All the while taking trips to our spawn point to kill voodo.teal multiple times. Olibahototoy - New player that showed no interest in learning and fed over 30 times during the game, and 0 kills, refusing to leave until the last minutes of the game. voodo.teal Afk nearly the entire game until finally votekick passed at 50:57 into the game.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): No specifics, offences through the entire game.
Any further thoughts: Seablue had 0 interest in having a fair game, but rather enjoyed taking advantage of spawn point killing the afk with no remorse.
Cambrioleuse
? Given that you and seablue are the only people to ever vote I really see no reason to ban him for "not voting".
Anyways, its not seablue's fault that somebody was afk and if the guy wasn't afk he wouldn't be able to farm. People don't get banned for killing feeder's curriors in dota so I don't see why it should be different here.
regarding oliba, telling him to leave does not constitute attempting to help him.

jm-jhon-mj@garena lagged out (dropped by vote)
olibahototoy@garena, anh_jin@garena, e.k.2.@uswest.battle.net, rhdwngkqrur@asia.battle.net, fkill1993@garena, air_channel@garena banned 4d (no vk)
voodo.teal@garena banned 4d (1H afk)

It's a little frustrating to see you ruling in this way Cambrioleuse. Seablue was specifically taking trips to our base just to kill the afk inside it multiple times even before the first set of towers were destroyed. Nearly all the 44 kills he got from the afk were on purpose, its not like he was following someone else into the base and accidentally killed the afk while passing by. Basically this is just opening a can of worms for future games. There's plenty of votekicks against afk's that fail, and as soon as i realize someone is afk in base I may begin to feed off him without any consequences? I wouldn't even be having this conversation if the kills on an afk were accidental, as you do need to kill the base off and cant avoid killing someone that is afk. This is not the case.

i agree with cyber_silver here. they could be cheating. intentionally having player on opponent's team to intentionally afk or feed.
cheating or not. still wrong

Original BRQ: https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=42989
Its really not helpful to repost the entire brq if you only disagree with a single part of it.
But anyways I'll let somebody review my decision on seablue.
@sat @nabo.
I don't see any reason to ban seablue as he voted and if I draw a parallel to dota, people don't get banned for killing feeders. So I don't see any reason to ban seablue who killing an afker especially if the afker's own team wasn't voting in the votekick.

Re: BS- Seablue asia.battle.net
After verifying that voodoo.teal (the afker) and seablue (the one feeding off him) do not play together much, I'm going to have to agree with Cambrioleuse here. If there was any indication of complicity between the two of them, then seablue and voodoo.teal would be banned for a long duration. The blame rests with the afker and the people who refused to kick him, who allowed the situation to continue. It would be different if seablue didn't vote to kick the afker, but he did.
