Violated Rule(s): He ruined the game, after feeding a lot. Basically he decided he would not like to play anymore, so when the enemy team pushed all 5 mid, he stayed creeping bot instead of defending and not helping his team. After that he fed a liltle bit more and since he was ruining we tried to votekick him (I think he was already 0/5 and not caring of the game... farming or creeping but not doing anything). The other team never voted when they had to or they trolled by !yesing it, when the votekick was over), they even tried to kick me when sweetd1ckmatty started a votekick againts me. After that when we almost got enough votes to kick him, he sold all his items and stayed AFK fountain (well.. not afk, but he didn't moved from fountain until the game ended).
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): hard to say... because there are lots of violations (AFK (at the end of the game), ruining/feeding in purpose ( I would say from 17+), selling items (I dont know when he did that). . As an example ,He said that: rather see them win, ( at 24:13). I think he started ruining at 17+ minutes.
Any further thoughts: A good game was pissed off by him. I demand a higher ban.
