There's the command !ignore <player name> he just troll you hard. Should be denied for me. If he did flame you show it. Bring some chat in your request, so we can see what bother you. I'm not gonna search in a game all the chat he made. Admin neither, do a step if you want to get a ban, if you really want it, you will work for it So, for now, cause you don't give any chatlog, and the way your saying it was only in ''chat'' and no in-game ruining game etc. you could use the !ignore command to prevent him of disturbing you.

For the leave during start, maybe admin can gave him a lesson ^^ from this rules : ''Don't delay a game from starting by joining/leaving multiple times or otherwise.'' But 2 is enough or need more, that, I don't know.
