The respawn of blue isnt a fogclick. However, if the selection stays on him for longer than 10 seconds in the fog it will count as maphack.
Edit: Never mind scratch that. You have to find a click on a player other than blue.

If you can find a fogclick on anyone except blue after respawn it would work.

Do the mods not check the replay until times are given or something? Seems lazy.

We do check for the fog clicks, and actually we do reveal the whole entire replay for us to be giving evidence.
If you're saying that were "lazy" or accusing or assume us to be so... We go over many replays and such, and we only have two DotA mods that really check these replays everyday, if so AdventureClub and I.

Im pretty sure no moderator on any forum will check the entire replay for you without you giving specific replay times of incidents.

Have you checked the time that he gave with the fog click? If so, then this ban request can be processed.
