Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): The fed starts around 8:30 into the game.
Any further thoughts: He sent a bunch of courier and feeds on purposely.

Around 7:20 he starts to kill all of his items
Says hes going to feed and at 8 minutes he runs mid to die.
He continues to feed and buy more couriers to feed them.

IM banning him for a month due to the extent of his feeding and generally been a game ruiner.
