Time of Violation (in-game or replay): very last minute of the game, I (storm spirit) am hiding deep in the trees by my fountain and he blatantly maphacks and shoots an arrow at the exact spot I'm hiding. Throughout the rest of the game, he's been 'blind' shooting arrows that have always hit. He does buy a lot of wards but a lot of the arrows were either before wards were placed or wards werent placed there.

Well after reviewing, theres no legit fogclicks and no suspicious movements either.

The situation you refer - when omni went into your fountain with omniknight ulti, you became visible there for a few seconds which was enough for everyone to know your location - and thats why he arrowed after.
