Violated Rule(s): Pausing repeatedly, lets me die repeatedly, flaming me all game (pauses after I die, insults)
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): first 2 min of laning mid he lets me die. 24:00 are the most notable times I can recall.
Any further thoughts: I wasnt set on banning him until later in the game so I dont have exact times he was pausing but, he flamed the entire time in all chat. All over me going middle when he wanted to middle as well and its ruined a potential great game. He let me die throught the game but, ran out of pauses to trash me so he just went back to all chatting.
