You need more details in this. Map hacking is a serious violation and as serious an accusation. Just one instance can be blind luck need more details of the situation.

27:05 not a fogclick?

Did you check the replay to see if it was warded? and fog click happen during games when you might send your character into the fog to hunt. the mods will need more than just one instance to justify a ban. A techies mine could have given vision. What the mods look for is repeated fog clicks. You can get lucky once but getting lucky multiple times is usually hacking.

20:20 BH never sees Clinkz as they pass. At 20:30, BH strangely goes invisible and turns around heading towards Clinkz.
27:05 That is a legit fog click. From base, BH managed to head in the direction of Rooftreant, considering how far Rooftreant has traveled since the fog click. Then at 27:31, he turns around to go for Drow without vision. The battle took place at Sentinel secret shop, in which BH was not purchasing anything, implying that BH had no reason to even scout the Sentinel shop.
32:04 BH waits for Rhasta and Drow to farther themselves from Rooftreant. He then proceeds to kill Rooftreant.
35:20 Despite team pinging to push mid and four of his allies are to the right of the map, BH decides to head for Scourge forest, heading straight for Clinkz.

He was hacking. But I don't know what was more disturbing, his hack or your in-game attitude towards allies.
