So, early game Einfach made Davit rage wanting us to lose and later made him leave, later on Einfach game ruined and enemy team refused to votekick or draw. Un-pausing the game every time we did pause the game.

Is this supposed to be a pro league? .... I guess not ....

U are only one that was flaming all game. Noone told LIHL rules at begin, and u got leaver at lvl 14. U were spamming all chat for full game and u expect us to give u draw? U didnt initiate votekick so i rly dunno why i should kick person that ruins ur game. Go cure urself. Thx.

I didn't read the whole post since I don't have that much time at the moment.
One of them left during arena and they didn't go for draw vote. Since we had no heal left it seemed they wanted to try to send 14.
AFTER that failed they wanted us to draw the game.
Of coure we didn't draw then.

No LIHL called and you were not even asking for a draw, instead you were waiting 4 more rounds to see if you could win and then suddenly you wanted to kick yellow and draw when we were about to win...

This is the rules when playing legion:

- When using a mode other than the default one (-hpgmcb prophet), the host (red) has to announce it in the lobby before the game starts. Every player must be informed, so they have the opportunity to leave in case of dislike.
- Pausing or saving the game in an attempt to prevent any action is prohibited. For example, to prevent the king from being healed or to prevent the other team from sending.
- Selling towers in an attempt to lose the game.
- Leaking a wave and leaving without using heal that may save the king.
- Building close to your teammate without consent to steal kills.
- Picking the Mercenary race and leaving after level 29 is now considered game ruining.
- Do not juggle the king preventing attacking or killing units.
- Do not change target to delay killing, except to kill higher priority targets such as sent units or low hp units.

As you see - it never states in any way that it's not allowed to draw.

And you can only get punished for not votekicking a gameruiner if they know he is gameruining since you are obliged to votekick a gameruiner. However since the only thing i can notice at the moment, that tells them he is gameruining is the farms he was building. And they would only show after arena. Like the draw its the same with Pauses. ENT has no rules regarding pauses and the resume of them. The only thing to be aware of is to not abuse pause to interrupt heals. But that was not the only issue here.

The rest is proper ban requests. It would be a lot easier if the request included eligible ban request information and that only.

This is NOT true. I have been banned before for refusing to votekick someone on the enemy team. They said he sold most of his towers, but he barely leaked and I couldn't see that he sold towers either. They did anti-stuck his lane partner which caused the confusion. But, they told me, that he sold towers and me refusing to !yes got me banned. I will gladly find the report if needed.

You MUST trust the enemies, if they say someone is game ruining, and if you type !yes and the enemy lied, he's the one getting punished in the end.


In the end me and green told MANY, MANY times in [ALL] chat that Yellow was game ruining. So they were well informed. Yet they didn't vote !yes.
