Rule player violated: he hacked and put all of the units in a circle in rdem so we couldnt click on the right one plus maphack he even admitted

First time I've seen someone being able to do this. Could be a map exploit but I doubt that, going to ban him for hacking and with that he does most likely maphack so I'll be banning him for both instances.
Map exploit is at the one minute mark (moves the rdem heroes selection).
Player "FREEZESUCKA" banned for one year, moving to processed.
