Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 758 game time aa backs when he sees in fog tiny with one hit and splash coming. 947 he ult on akasha who is completely in the fog. he then some how gets an arrow off on troll who was also in the fog. 1103 he backs from trees as purple approches and stuns the mili second purple is in range. really? your stun just that ready to stun on that spot? 1301 again aa is ready to fireblast invis troll. really aa? you just holding f on that spot cause you feel lucky? he then backs from yellow as yellow approches in fog. 1817 aa fires off arrow in the fog as yellow approaches.
Any further thoughts: ban all aliases and range if necessary.
