I looked at the log, and it doesn't seem like he was that rude for an online game or that others weren't more rude to him than he was to others.

My point to report him is..

• should respect different opinions/strategies
• calling others of noob all the time for no reason
• use votekick just cuz he desire

Although he did it disrespectfully, it seems like he was offering suggestions. And again, if you say that he was rude, then other people in the game were also rude.
In response to this request, I will add an !ignore command (like squelch on battle.net) soon so that you don't have to listen to other players if you don't want to.

The player won't be banned though.
