@J4zZm4N If this is your opinion, I will say your knowledge of LTD is very limited and you are not qualified for being a mod.

So it's ok to fuck up all sends, if I send with team one time at the end, at a point when it is pointless already anyways?

I am asking for another mod to look over this and I hope there will be a mod to mod-solidarity free reaction.

If my knowledge is very limited and qualifications then I will explain to you in detail why I denied your ban request:

No team communication at all

I mean the team communication altogether was crumbled not to mention it was just you and orange, there was no specific point of send said but more on the lines of debating.

sabotaging teams sends

How was he sabotaging team sends? He was sending to pursue the game and had an idea of how to play, nothing really speaks for intentional as said above the communication was crumbled.

flaming...clearly hitting the area of game ruining.

He didn't really ''flame'' but more engage in argumentation because of the things being said to him beforehand and besides the rule is defined as excessive and didn't go on for long, also did not start until the 27 minute mark.

Do not flame. Don't rage or insult other players excessively.

Refusing to cooperate when asked to do so several times by sending alone and not save-send with teammates to win.

As stated, he did send on 16 (Kraken, Warlock, Chariot) with you guys regardless and if he had saved it wouldn't have taken a huge impact since red had held and their king was upgraded. He didn't mess up any sends since you guys didn't send after arena and before round 16. Also you guys didn't ask for him to save nor from yellow but instead just kept badgering him.
