Any further thoughts: He started as holder even though we had 2 other guys who had good units to play holder. On lvl 3 he decided our yolo sucks and he is also gonna be yolo. On lvl 10 he decided that sending for arena was better, than upping the king, so we lost some heals there. Later he did a full TK with that solo send every lvl.

Reviewed, 8o8 said he be holder from start then changed idea during level 3 forcing other players to hold. Furthermore he send alone on 8 and arena (when team upgrades king because of boss, he showed no effort to do so) and every level after that force team to send with him. Should be banned once a mod goes through this case.
