All three users share the same IP.

just wondering... how did you decide they are the same person? message on lobby chat says they share the same IP.
for all we know they could just be 3 bros in the same house or in the same internet point.
i used to play on ENT with my brother back when we lived in the same house, and of course we shared IP.
i think this replay should be parsed very carefully to determine if they are actually 1 or 2 people instead of 3... like checking if they ever click in the same second or such... and still it would be hard to decide.

Only one of them talked the entire time, from what I saw.

From lobby, I easily found both 3 accounts had same IP. And I also checked out Rule about multiboxing as well.

Ent Rule

• Do not multibox. Using two computers/two accounts to be in one (and the same) game as one human being only is not allowed.

The problem was mainly occur at point of "Can you prove he was multiboxing? since he can have chance of playing with friends or brothers. "

It is pretty hard to judge by only the fact that "One of them was chatting all game."

It is not enough proof to check only by chatting. But as you said so, I checked all the chats which are spoken by QF Guys.

Both of 3 QF players pick Race Picker at same time, which mean they're probably not Multiboxing.

So, Overall your assumption was not bad, but easily defined that they were not multiboxing.
