Any further thoughts:

I was the first one to build my fruits to block the path for titan, then gobo came and built his factory. I told him to get out but he didnt listen.

I started to put his factories low hp but didnt destroy it though he destroyed my fruits and ruined my start.

this guy clearly needs a lesson, thinks he's not bannable.

eleet(Makura) first built fruit, before Squidwardsnose(Goblin) built factories.
Since, Makura built fruit first, the base is regarded as eleet's base.
Squidwardsnose destroyed eleet's fruits.

But since goblin left right after you told him to leave, I won't ban him for Refusing to leave base after being asked by owner.
Nor I don't think his teamkill is severe.

squidwardsnose@useast.battle.net banned 12 hours for ruining red's game in early.
