He does it the first 5 min and stops after I tell him I've submitted a ban req, I think he does it a few times every now then if I recall correctly, I can watch the replay and give you exact times but the majority of it is basically as soon as creeps reach the middle of the lanes and about 5 min

Meh kind of difficult to make a judgment on this evidence because it is mostly circumstantial and retaliation. Also, the both of you are two people I know well so I am biased here.

Baked, if you were not antagonizing him - he likely would not have done it. So I'm inclined to not ban him. Then again, Spain broke a rule because you did that. Since you said he did it a few times, I don't think that is enough to ban him as opposed to him doing it the whole game. I'm going to let him off with a warning on both of you. Ebola - don't flame/troll and Hunter, don't retaliate and break rules in return just because he insulted you.
