The fog click at 26:45 might've been delayed, but I doubt it. Either way the fog click at 40:13 is definitely legitimate. Maphacker confirmed.

I also noticed the stats page is unable to detect the country he's in for every game he played, is it possible that he's using a VPN to veil his true IP? If so does that mean he's a ban dodger?
