Any further thoughts: Haven´t watched the replay yet but I saw several people build on dark-green area, I think 2 of them paused the game right before Lvl 15 started which was really annoying because we prepared to send Lvl 15.

Violated Rule(s): He trolled all game causing TK
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): All game, game was short as he intentionally did not heal on 7 after I told him 2 times it was his heal
Any further thoughts: He build terribly, sent alone, did not heal, took king and did shock wave completely away from the creeps. Repeatedly did anti stick at the king even after I told him it was against the rules. I also see he has another BRQ just posted for his previous game. I feel he should be taught a serious lesson on why trolling like this and breaking the rules is not okay. He just completely ruined the game for our team and gave us no chance to win the game from his trolling and decision not to heal. I think it is the worst case of trolling I have ever seen.

He deserves more than a break, a long vacation would suit him.
