He agreed to pick Jurassic 2, 1 hour 20 minutes in lobby chat before the game started but proceeded to picking Easy 45 minutes instead. HIs actions were very blatantly against the rules regarding modes.

After picking the wrong mode, he claimed that he did it accidentally. To be fair, that indeed could've been the case, but how many games would be ruined in the future if every rule violator can just use "accident" as an excuse?
